There are various lead status which are displayed against the lead submitted by Kiosk which are mentioned below along with status definition:
- Lead Submitted – Lead has been submitted to Roha
- Customer Not Interested – If customer shows no interest in the loan
- Opportunity – If customer shows interest in loan
- Lead Rejected – If customer is not eligible for the loan
- Loan Processing – Once customer shows interested in loan, loan process get started by filling out basic details required for loan
- Application Processing – Roha credit manager allocates reviewer or appraiser
- Credit Assessment - Credit manager verify loan application details filled by Ro and check what amount of loan to be given to customer based on his profile.
- Credit Review - Credit manager reviews cam, If deviation is more than 150 than it goes under credit community queue
- Sanction – Loan gets approved/granted/sanctioned
- Loan Approved – loan amount gets disbursed
- Disbursed – loan amount gets credited in customer bank account
On Roha lead web page there is a dashboard for lead status in which all the leads submitted will be visible along with all the required details against the leads.

Just follow these steps to submit the leads:
- Fill out all the required details in the lead form.
- Provide either PAN Number or Aadhar number as per customer feasibility.
- Enter 10-digit mobile number of customer and click on send OTP.
- Enter valid OTP and click on submit button.
- Lead gets submitted successfully.
